Our 40A DC-DC Battery Charger is engineered to help power your adventures for longer. Loaded with smart features, it is designed with an intelligent charging algorithm and advanced protection measures to ensure your batteries charge quickly and last longer. It also includes an inbuilt 40A MPPT solar regulator, giving you the option to charge your batteries from both a solar panel and your alternator. Compatible with Lithium, AGM/Gel, Lead Acid and Calcium batteries, it’s perfect for 4×4, camper or caravan setups.

Charge your battery while you drive or with the sun - Whether you’re using your 12V setup every day from jobsite to jobsite or are touring around some of Australia’s most remote locations, making sure your 12V setup is running efficiently is extremely important. Our DC-DC Charger range took our build team just over two years to engineer, finally culminating in a product that offers ultimate off-grid peace of mind. Our DC-DC, quickly and efficiently, transfers power into your batteries and will do it all in a way that’ll nurture your 12V setup, ensuring it’ll last many, many years. They’ll suit Lithium, AGM/Gel, Lead Acid and Calcium batteries, making the unit ideal for most dual battery setups.

Packed with advanced internal circuitry and a five-stage, battery specific, charging algorithm, our DC-DC will transfer up to 40A per hour into your auxiliary batteries, for every hour you drive without effecting the charge of your vehicle’s starter battery. Using your vehicle’s alternator to generate power, the charger will increase your batteries voltage by supplying either pulsed or constant DC power, depending on the charge cycle of your battery.

The second output on the charger is our inbuilt 40A Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) regulator designed to generate power up to 15% quicker than traditional Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) regulators. Equipped with our five-stage charging algorithm, the regulator will quickly and, more importantly, safely, nurture your batteries back to full charge.

Bluetooth® monitoring app - Connect to the app for real time updates. Get an accurate Volt and Amp reading on what you’re generating via your solar setup and DC-DC input at the press of a button. On top of that, the app will monitor how your battery is doing too, making sure you can stay completely across your setup. The app also keeps a record of previous charge cycles and will also give you status ‘warnings’ when something’s not quite working in your setup.
